Believe it or not, you can fight more battles with your nose than you can with your fists.
The Silent Warrior is our breath - the unseen force that empowers us to confront the deeper struggles we often can't see or hear but feel deeply in our hearts.
It's our mission to make as many people as possible aware of the breath as with each inhale and exhale, we each possess the ability to combat anxiety, depression, autoimmune diseases, stress, feeling of emptiness, and so much more.
When we harness the breath, we unlock a pathway to healing and transformation. It's a practice that might be silent, but it's immensely powerful!
Together, let's honour the Silent Warrior within us and embrace the strength that comes from mindful breathing. You may not hear it, but trust me, it's a force to be reckoned with.

Who am I?
Welcome!
My name is Jordan, I am the founder of Silent Warrior and I am deeply passionate about breath work.
I'm a father of three, a fiancé, and a proud dog owner to my best mate on the left.
I’ve experienced the depths of struggle, battled addiction through drugs & alcohol and I've felt emptiness mixed with rage & sadness.
From doctors to therapists, I felt at a loss on my healing journey... Until I discovered breath work.
I didn’t have to verbalize my pain, I didn't have to take medication. I simply lay down, connect to my breath using specialised techniques, and feel my burdens lift. This powerful connection transformed my life and still is to this day.
I have made it my mission to share this profound expeience with others. We all hold the power to heal within us. We just all don't know it yet.
